The Latest...
Gearing up for Spring!
Spring is, after Christmastime, just about the best time of the year. Well, Summer can be fun too. And Autumn has its own charm. But Spring is definitely in the Top Five. What will the Spring Tour hold for the 'Flakes? In May, Snow Bunny refocuses her attentions on marriage and moves to, of all places, Glamourous Small-Town Ohio. A new 'Flake moves into the house... who will she be? What awesome talents will she bring?
Obviously, a lot is up in the air right now!
So, what do we know for sure?
1. Snow Bunny, as a founding member of the band, will always be a Snowflake. Maybe Snow Hubby can be our first official Roadie!
2. The New 'Flake will, of course, be fabulous, because we as a band have excellent taste in new friends.
3. Obviously, this provides the perfect opportunity for new Band Apparel! Will have to get to work on that...

Valentimes is the Best Times!
The Snowflakes rocked the house Saturday, February 16th, at the 4th-Annual Best Valentine's Day Dance Party/Men's Bake-off Ever! The 'Flakes sported their new 2008 t-shirts as they danced a kickin' pom-pom routine. What was the routine, you might ask? Well, if you want to know, you should have been there! Video may follow... no promises though...
Meet Your Snowflakes

Lead vocals, Head Fashion Consultant. Snow Bunny fronts the band with Attitude and Really Cute Outfits. Sorry men, she's taken! Snow Bunny will be married in June, finishing up the 2008 Spring Tour with a rockin' good time as the 'Flakes invade Rural Ohio for the Big Ceremony. Will the Snowflakes perform at the reception? Will rhinestones be replaced by cowgirl boots? The Snowflakes, always adaptable to any situation, are ready for whatever may come... Bluegrass, Square Dancing, Super Cheesy DJ... bring it on, Ohio!
Lead guitar, tambourine. Misty penned the Snowflakes' first smash hit, "Christmastime on the Slopes." When she is not writing songs, designing band t-shirts or working on her Hot Dance Moves (see picture above), Misty enjoys hanging out with the 'Flakes and taking naps.
Keyboard, Off-the-Scenes Master Technician. Marked by her Southern flair and an affinity for alcoholic beverages, sassiness and a complete refusal to perform with the band, H.T. is just awaiting the opportune moment to strike out as a Solo Rock Pianist. Her other interests include dark chocolate and sketching.
Lead choreographer, drums. Bella's knowledge of dance, pompoms, and general peppiness are a definitive element of the 'Flakes. She utilizes her sweet smile, ruthless determination, and other Feminine Powers for Good to hunt down band supplies, encourage her fellow band members, and book gigs.
Lead whistler. Photographer, potty-trainer, swing dancer, and artist, Ava's most recent role was to coordinate the band wardrobe for the 'Flakes Annual Super-Awesome Valentine's Day Show. Check back soon as we try to get some photos up here of the new 2008 Tees...
Vocals, electric guitar. Sugar is priceless to the band, with her wide range of musical talents and seeming willingness to go along with any crazy plan that the other 'Flakes devise. Her love of the outdoors and commitment to saving the environment has become a focus of the Snowflakes, and they have determined to donate all proceeds from their winter tour season to a Some Really Good Outdoor-sy Charity that has yet to be determined.
Maracas, Head Snack Coordinator. The newest and tallest 'Flake, Angel is a formidable addition to the band. Hailing from the Windy City, she is no stranger to frosty conditions and we have no doubt she can survive a winter of Snow! Angel made her Snowflake Debut at the Valentine's Day Bash; but more importantly, her commitment to baking (and sharing) chocolate chip cookies makes her a stand-out member of the band.
